SJG SEJUNG leading the way for more clean natural environment through development of eco-friendly and human-centered technologies. We make commitments to inherit great natural heritages toward our next generation who will live in the future environments.

We are developing eco-friendly products such as automotive exhaust gas reduction system, and its post-processing system. Moreover, we escalate our corporate value and fulfill our responsibilities to prevent environmental pollution caused by vehicle exhaust gases.

Continuous improvement of eco-friendly management

SJG SEJUNG is continuing eco-friendly management, recognized by Environmental Grand Award of Korea Construction Environment Technology Awards. In October 2013, we developed a method of ‘eccentric housing for catalytic converter.’ Reduced weight, improved fuel efficiency and reduced carbon dioxide emission are the major outcomes of our developed technology, which stamps products at once rather than welds to bond the products together. We currently consider a new way to cut steel plates with different thickness and type into appropriate size and shape by welding and processing using Tailor Welded Blanks (TWB), a steel plate for customized cutting.
In February 2014, we invested approximately 170 million won into our production sites for replacing lightings with highly efficient induction lamps. As a result, we saved 50% of electricity consumption for the lightings. In 2016, we are promoting sustainable environmental management to achieve common goals such as 5% waste reduction and 5% power consumption reduction.
