We, SJG SEJUNG run the Level-Up program for suppliers to improve their management skills. Seven major processes include Fool-Proof (F/PROOF) Stabilization, Quality Status Checks for suppliers, SQ New Authentication Promotion and Ex-Post Evaluation, Monthly Technical Assistance activities, Outsourcing providers Quality Improvement Meeting, Single PPM Movement promotion and Basic Quality Checks.

Based on SQ hosting companies (completed applications for 14 companies)

- Supervise for knowledge exchange, present condition and inspection management

Press and processing industry (completed applications of total 10 cases for 2 companies)

- Tool, manufacturing processes & mold management system, etc.

Suppliers Quality Checks

Check up on the supplier quality statuses and improved issues & follow-up

- Practiced for every supplier once per quarter

- Target companies: 14 companies of SQ hosting companies & companies with quality problems

Promoted SQ New Certification & its ex-post evaluation

Promoted and acquired New SQ Certification

Target companies for ex-post evaluation: guided the companies two months before original evaluation & level up

Monthly Technology Supports

Promoted Monthly Technical Assistance & follow-up

- As of 2013, 67 technical guidance (520 million won for support costs)

- Performance in 2014: 47 cases (280 million won)

Quality Improvement Meeting held for outsourcing providers
